What happens when the crew reaches quota?
Overtime begins. The crew can keep serving for more money while the restaurant breaks down faster, then choose when to clock out.
When does Asset Joy wake up?
Joy sleeps during service and wakes when the crew pulls the clock-out lever.
Do dead players receive money?
No. Payout is calculated at escape and only survivors receive their share.
Does the microphone affect gameplay?
Yes. Certain phrases trigger incantations, some modifiers punish speech, and yelling can attract Joy during a hunt.
How many restaurants are there?
Six: one starter restaurant and five unlockable restaurants, each with a different layout and rating.
Are there random modifiers?
From the second round onward, the crew chooses one of two modifier contracts. Chosen modifiers stack across the run.
What are substances?
Alcohol, nicotine, caffeine, and sugar provide temporary benefits but can cause addiction and stamina-draining withdrawal.
