Orders are the spine of the game. The official workflow contains two separate accuracy checks: entering the customer request correctly and building the food exactly as the resulting ticket requires.
Read and enter the order
A customer states an order and a player enters it at the register. Correct entry sends an active ticket to the kitchen. Incorrect entry causes an infraction and forces the order to be entered again while the customer waits.
Cook at the correct station
The restaurants use functional cooking stations: grills for meat, fryers, drink stations, and sandwich assembly. The Steam store also confirms burgers, fries, drinks, and desserts as menu categories.
The build must match the recipe exactly. The official overview does not publish the complete launch recipe book, so ingredient orders and cook times will be added only after they are checked in the live game.
Bag and fulfill
Once every item is correct, the crew bags the order and hands it off at the fulfillment window. A successful handoff adds cash to the pot and restores stability. That makes a clean delivery more valuable than its cash alone.
Expect larger tickets
Order variety scales during the shift. Early tickets are smaller, while later tickets use more complex recipes. Optional channels such as drive-thru can be activated during prep to add earning opportunities and workload.
A practical team handoff
- Register player repeats the order once when submitting it.
- Kitchen player owns one station instead of chasing every item.
- Assembler compares the finished bag with the active ticket.
- Runner delivers only after the assembler calls it complete.
